Grow Themed Baby Shower

This Saturday me and the all the girls in our community group threw a baby shower for our friend Kelsey! This is the second baby shower I've helped plan so I'm basically a pro now...HA. I'm so glad there was so many of us planning this together! It was a lot of fun seeing how it all came together with everyone's contributions- we all felt very adult like doing it :) 

Kelsey has good style so I wanted to make sure we chose a theme that fit her well! We based it off this scripture:

"So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow." 1 Corinthians 3:7

I'm realizing after looking at this photo that our group has some DARK hair! Davy- we missed you ;) my fellow blondie!

To go with the "grow" theme we painted pots and planted succulents in them. The idea is that every time we water it, we can remember to pray for baby Leah's growth, especially spiritually!

Of course Winston closely monitored the party.

The finished products- we had some seriously good paintings I think!

Halloween Party 2014

This years Halloween party was a success! I had so much fun. Even though I don't really care too much about costumes, I really love Halloween and having a party at our house! I wore the exact same costume as last year, sue me! Thank you to everyone who came and who brought food!

I woke the cats up from a nap for this photo shoot and they could NOT be bothered to keep their eyes open.

Mosely kept her costume on ALL night and it was hilarious!!

Annual Valentine's Day Party 2014

Our annual V-Day Party has turned into one of my favorite days of the year! I look forward to getting everyone together and being ridiculous in front of a camera for 2+ hours! I think this years set up was our best yet! These are just the highlights, I have almost 230 favorites from that night. But here's the 40 images I could narrow it down to.

We started off just posing in the photo booth and then later that night we played Ellen DeGeneres iPhone game called Heads Up. It's sort of like charades and so we just had everyone act it out in front of the camera. GENIUS IDEA LEVI!!!! You will want to see those below :)
